Welcome to ASD Community Support Service

​ASD Community Support was created to provide effective evidence-based intervention programs for children with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental delays based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

Our Team

Belén Rodriguez Ferrari
B.Pys. BCBA,IBA®

Belén is Behaviour Consultant at ASD Community Support. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and International Behavior Analyst® (IBA®) who has been using the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to teach children and their families since 2012. She has studied Psychologist at the University of Almeria, Spain, and went to complete her Master of ABA intervention for Autism and other developmental disorders at ABA SPAIN.
She has over ten years of experience providing early intervention to children with ASD and related disorders in a school, home, and clinic-based setting.
She believes deeply in the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis and the significant positive impact it can have on children with ASD and their families.

Echo Yang
Bcom/LLB(UNSW)
Director 

Echo has 10-Year experience working with children and adults with injuries and disabilities. She comes to ASD Community Service from a successful legal and business background. Echo is also a mother of a 4-year old boy who is diagnosed with ASD, which makes her more empathetic and understanding when dealing with our clients. 

Echo is currently enrolled in the Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash university.

Susanna Ng

Business Manager

Susanna has 5 years experience in the early childhood education sector. She has entensive knowledge in developing educational programs for children from different backgrounds.

Susanna has strong passion in assisting vulnerable family to achieve better education outcome for their children, understands each children are unique and needs personalised educational program to cater for targeted goals.

Iris Chen
Bachelor of Psych (Honours)
Senior Behaviour Therapist

Iris is a Senior Behaviour Therapist currently training to become a Program Supervisor. In 2020, she completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of Sydney. She has five years of experience supporting a wide range of clients in the healthcare sector. However, she finds the greatest joy in teaching children with ASD and helping them develop valuable skills. She also completed her Registered Behavior TechnicianTM (RBT®) course certification and is a registered member of the Association of Behaviour Analysis Australia (AUABA).

Bushra Faisal​
Bachelor of Psych (Honours)
Junior Behaviour Therapist

Bushra is a Junior Behaviour Therapist. She completed her bachelor of special education at Macquarie university and is currently undertaking her Masters in special education at Macquarie University. She has 6 years of teaching experience and she has demonstrated the capacity to implement effective research-based student well-being strategies that promote learning and contribute to positive, engaging, and safe learning environments.

Yassmin EL-ALI
Bachelor of Arts (Key Program in Psychology)
Junior Behaviour Therapist

After becoming a registered behavioral therapist at the Central Reach Institute and completing a Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care at H & H Accredited Training Australasia, Yassmin completed a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Psychology and sub-majoring in Social and Cultural Analysis at the University of Western Sydney.
She is passionate about child development, cognitive processes, and the psychology of the brain and behavior. Yassmin has deeply committed to the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis and the profoundly beneficial effects it can have on families and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Her goal is to help families achieve positive outcomes for the child and all parties involved.

Hanny Laurentsia

Hanny is a Senior Behaviour Therapist and has 10 years of experience in early childhood intervention. She is currently enrolled in the Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University and expects to finish her course and undertake her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) examination by the end of 2023.
